30-Day Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your belts or related products to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • With all tags intact
  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@miofera.com We will provide instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods:
If your items were damaged in transit, please report this within two working days. For visible damage upon receipt, sign the carrier’s delivery note as “damaged.” We will arrange for collection and replacement of the items within 24 hours of your report, subject to stock availability.

Faulty Products:
If your product is faulty or becomes faulty, you can obtain a replacement within the product’s warranty period after the defect has been verified by the manufacturer. You will need to provide your order number for this process.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order separately to expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire.

Shipping Costs:

Damage/Faulty/Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: You are responsible for shipping fees and costs.
